Our Fridge Friend 3-Year Replacement Warranty has your back, guarding your fridge against any material or workmanship defects for a solid 3 years from the day you got it. If any of those covered issues pop up during this time, we'll step in and replace your Fridge Friend, so you can keep enjoying your fridge without a care in the world.

The Nitty-Gritty:

1. When It Counts: This awesome warranty kicks off from the day you bought your Fridge Friend and lasts for 3 years.

2. You're In!: To be part of the warranty fun, you need to be the original purchaser of the Fridge Friend, and don't forget to hold onto your proof of purchase.

3. We've Got Your Back, Not Your Oops Moments: The warranty's got your back for defects in materials and quality. But, just a heads up, any damages from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or oopsies won't be covered.

Any damaged caused by over heating your Fridge Friend, which typically shows up as the bag of mineral melting and hence leaking, will void the warranty.

5. Warranty No-No's: By the way, tinkering with your Fridge Friend or having unauthorized people try to fix it will void this warranty. So let's leave the tinkering to us, okay?
